Welcome to Black Hound Jewelry. We strive to bring you affordable chain maille jewelry that is custom made to your specifications. Our site offers you multiple ways of shopping by searching through a number of styles, weaves, materials and colors.
- Ordering

All orders (except custom orders) can be placed through the website where many standard chains can be found. Although these chains represent our most common requests, they are by no means the limit to what we can do. With all of the styles, weaves, materials and colors available, there are far more chains that can be created than could ever be featured in our store.
If after browsing our catalog you can't quite find that special chain that you're looking for, please contact us so that we can discuss your project and provide you with a quote for your custom order.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification from us. If you find a problem with your order after it has been placed, please contact us and we will assist you in correcting it. At this time we'll also begin weaving your chain. The weave, materials and length all play a role in how long it will take to complete your custom chain but we typically complete each chain within 2-3 business days. If your chain will take significantly longer, we will contact you with the details.
- Shipping & Delivery

Black Hound Jewelry will ship your jewelry as soon as it is complete. Each order will typically be shipped in it's entirety. If you wish to make alternate shipping arrangements, you can contact us. Orders will be shipped by the carrier selected by the customer on the shipping details page during checkout. Please be aware that not all shippers provide tracking so if that is important to you, be sure to chose a shipping method that provides it, such as FedEx or UPS. If your carrier provides tracking, we will send you the tracking number in a shipping confirmation email.
Except for custom orders, your credit card will not be charged until an order has shipped.
If, for some reason, part of your order will be delayed, we will contact you and give you the option of receiving a partial order. You will only be charged for the portion of the order that we actually ship.
